Why bottles, not drafts?
No draft lines here — on purpose. Bottles and cans let us keep a large, frequently rotating selection instead of a handful of seasonals, and we serve every beer in a cold glass poured exclusively from the bottle: consistent taste, texture, and carbonation, exactly as the brewer intended.
